WTW is seeking an experienced Product Engagement Specialist to drive product adoption, stakeholder engagement and user advocacy across Western Europe. Reporting into the Global Product organisation, you will act as a key link between Product, Engineering and regional business stakeholders, helping translate global product strategies into meaningful regional engagement activities. You will support the successful adoption of products and platforms by ensuring colleagues understand their value, are equipped to use them effectively and remain engaged as products evolve. Working closely with Product Managers, Engineering teams, Training Specialists and business leaders, you will lead regional engagement initiatives, coordinate communications and training activities, and gather user insights…
