Serás um embaixador dos nossos valores WE CARE, WE DARE, WE DELIVER, WE DREAM. Como Store Manager (40 horas por semana), reportarás ao Regional Sales Manager e serás responsável pela gestão da boutique, liderando a área de vendas e a gestão humana da equipa. CONTAMOS CONTIGO PARA... Assegurar todos os padrões PANDORA em termos de apresentação do produto, cumprimento do objetivo de vendas e excelência no serviço ao cliente. Definir os objectivos individuais da loja, controlando os orçamentos e organizando os horários da equipa com base nos objectivos de produtividade. Analisar o desempenho da loja através de KPI's para influenciar positivamente os resultados.…
