Main responsibilities: Ensure an understanding of all operations and their processes within the Service Tower, as well as their financial and strategic impact. Identify process improvements with a focus on efficiency, standardisation, user experience and digitization. Facilitate meetings with Service Tower delivery operations to obtain feedback on potential improvements. Analyse customer satisfaction feedback to identify areas for improvement. Ensure alignment between the various operations involved in each process. Communicate and align all improvement needs with the Process Excellence CoE and prioritise them. Monitor performance indicators with a focus on improving efficiency and optimising resources and sustaining continuous improvement.…
