About the Role You will be part of the Platform Support team and be accountable to troubleshoot network customer complaints around registration, voice, data and sms services across multiple products like B2B, B2C and IoT. You will also be involved in API troubleshooting for our biggest customers. You should be a well-organized individual, able to juggle priorities, and comfortable working independently while following direction from remote teams. A calm, analytical approach is important, especially when dealing with tough or unexpected situations. Being detail-oriented and committed to doing things right is key, along with having the people skills to build strong relationships across teams.…
