Your Mission As an Engineering Manager for CS Tech at Catawiki, you’ll lead and develop a team of 7–10 engineers, shaping the technology at the heart of our customer support experience. Your mission is to delight customers, especially when things don’t go to plan, by building tools that strengthen our AI Frontline and enable the entire Customer Service department to resolve issues quickly, fairly and consistently. You’ll own the technical direction and partner closely with Product, Design and CS to turn customer insights into better answers, simpler workflows and smooth handovers between AI and people. By combining technical judgement with empathetic leadership, you’ll help engineers experiment, take ownership and grow while delivering reliable systems.…
