Corporate Quality Management is advancing the use of data and artificial intelligence to improve Quality processes, knowledge accessibility and operational effectiveness. The role contributes to the further development, deployment and continuous improvement of AI-supported Quality use cases, with an initial focus on chatbot-based Quality Management training, AI support for Quality Gates and the global implementation of 8D-AI. The position works in an international and multidisciplinary environment, collaborating with business groups, locations and Quality stakeholders. The purpose of the role is to convert validated concepts and internship deliverables into sustainable, user-oriented solutions with broader adoption, reliable content and measurable value for the Quality community.…
