Document and visualize the current end-to-end FTCD process landscape and related activities. Support the implementation of process improvements and harmonization initiatives together with business stakeholders. Contribute to the global rollout of FTCD processes and related transformation initiatives, including lessons learned from the HS Code Review Project. Coordinate rollout activities, stakeholder alignment, training preparation, and communication actions. Support operational and project-related activities to ensure successful implementation of process changes. Act as a key support to the FTCD Process Owner and contribute to the continuous optimization of tariff classification processes.…
