As a Business & Data Integration Analyst (m/f) – HR Analytics you will play a key role in connecting strategic business vision with data solutions, enabling our global HR community to make informed, data-driven decisions. Working alongside a collaborative and international team, you will drive success across five core focus areas: Strategic Business Collaboration & IT Partnership Understanding Needs: Engage with HR partners to understand their strategic objectives and co-create effective technical solutions. Technical Co-Design: Partner closely with data engineering and IT specialists to design robust pipelines and flexible, scalable data architectures. Seamless Integration: Help guide cross-system integrations to ensure smooth data flows and consistent information across our HR toolkit.…
