Responsibilities - your mission Maintain supplier information and pricing data within SAP MM (Materials Management) and other Airbus procurement tools. Generate and monitor Purchase Orders to ensure on-time, - quality, -cost delivered goods and services. Support the procurement organisation in managing Data Integrity in Procurement Tools. Support buyers with contract management and administration. Manage the electronic storage and archiving of contractual documentation using Airbus internal tools. Initiate and follow up on recurring supplier inputs and required actions. Address ad-hoc requests to meet urgent customer requirements and event needs. Maintain proactive, two-way communication with strategic buyers across central procurement commodities.…
