About the role Our Customer Service Intern will join the Order-to-Cash (OtC) team, focusing on providing essential support to our Customer Service Representatives and ensuring operational excellence. This role is a great opportunity to learn the end-to-end supply chain process, from the moment an order is placed until the final payment is received. As an OtC Customer Service Trainee, you will work on supporting order management, maintaining data accuracy, and assisting with customer documentation. You will help ensure smooth internal workflows and contribute to a high level of team efficiency.
