Detailed Roles & Responsibilities: Conduct trade and regulatory research for international shipments Work with 3rd party vendors Audit shipping documents for FCPA and Anti-Bribery compliance Communicate with brokers and external stakeholders Ensure imports/exports are compliant in collaboration with Legal and Tax Provide clearance instructions and address problem shipments Verify all commercial shipping documents (STOs) Review/approve: Commercial Invoices (CI) Packing Lists (PL) Airway Bills (AWB) — within 24 business hours Input order forms into internal systems Support Tax and Customs audits with Legal Coordinate with Client Trade Compliance and 3PLs Perform due diligence on external partners Manage PII and Denied Party Screening requests Maintain performance reports for brokers Resolve…
