Relocify helps expats relocate to the Netherlands to find a long-term housing without the stress. Our growth engine works: performance marketing brings people in, demos convert them, and our team takes it from there. Now we need the person who owns the top of that engine. What you'll own Paid acquisition — Google Ads and Meta budgets: targeting, creatives, bids, and the cost of every booked demo Landing pages & conversion — design and run experiments on our pages and booking flow; find the drop-offs and fix them The experiment engine — a constant cycle of test → measure → scale what works, kill what doesn't The number — demos booked per month is your metric, agreed with the founder, reviewed together, resourced properly.
