What you'll own Paid acquisition — Google Ads and Meta budgets: targeting, creatives, bids, and the cost of every booked demo Landing pages & conversion — design and run experiments on our pages and booking flow; find the drop-offs and fix them The experiment engine — a constant cycle of test → measure → scale what works, kill what doesn't The number — demos booked per month is your metric, agreed with the founder, reviewed together, resourced properly.
