In this role, you will: Be a good support to the Quality Manager in daily quality-related tasks Contribute to reporting to authorities, as well as other reports Check and follow up internal processes to ensure they are being complied with Carry out tasks delegated by your manager Help ensure cases and documentation are handled within set deadlines and in line with internal guidelines To succeed in this role, we believe you: Have strong communication skills, both verbal and written Handle stress and pressure well, including during periods with tight deadlines Are structured, organized, and detail-oriented Are comfortable working independently Contribute positively to teamwork with a collaborative and appreciative attitude We would like you to have: A minimum of 2–3 years of relevant work experience Experience working with quality is an advantage An understanding of what it means to operate a quality management system Knowledge of the Norwegian Public Administration Act (Forvaltningsloven) is an advantage, but not a requirement Strong verbal and written proficiency in English Start: Medio November Duration: 1 year Location: Høvik Do you recognize yourself in this description and are you ready to start in November?
