Over de rol Als Sales Lead ben jij het commerciële aanspreekpunt én de meewerkend voorman van ons sales team. Je stuurt de drie (en mogelijk vier) account managers operationeel en commercieel aan. Alle klantvragen die nu nog bij de Business Unit Manager landen, komen straks bij jou terecht. Maar let op — dit is geen rol voor iemand die alleen strategisch wil sturen. Het grootste deel van je tijd (80–90%) ben je zelf actief in het veld: nieuwe klanten binnenhalen, deals sluiten, kansen spotten en koude acquisitie doen wanneer nodig. Daarbovenop neem je de verantwoordelijkheid voor het team mee: coachen, richting geven en functioneringsgesprekken voeren.…
