Sales Process & Digitalization Apprentice The role focuses on reviewing and improving internal processes within Sales and across the departments interacting with Sales. The objective is to understand existing ways of working, identify opportunities for improvement together with the relevant process owners, and translate these into simple and effective digital workflows. The main activities are: Review and map existing processes, identifying inefficiencies, manual steps and dependencies on individual people. Define process improvements together with the relevant process owners and stakeholders. Translate and implement improved processes into digital workflows, using solutions such as Power Apps, AI and AI agents where appropriate.…
