Als kostendeskundige werk je binnen de adviesgroep Urban Development aan uitdagende gebiedsontwikkelingen. Je stelt ramingen samen, op SO, VO of DO niveau, van Schets Ontwerp tot Definitief Ontwerp. Je werkt aan stedelijke en industriële, infrastructurele projecten, binnen de adviesgroep Urban Development (UD). Jouw ramingen zet je veelal op volgens de SSK-systematiek. Deze ramingen worden gebruikt om bij de klant budgetten vast te leggen of om budget gestuurd te ontwerpen. Daarnaast ben je vraagbaak voor civieltechnische ontwerpers die bestek ramingen maken. Mocht je naast kennis op het gebied van kostendeskundigheid, ook een brede civieltechnische kennis meebrengen, dan nemen ze je graag op in verschillende projectteams om als ontwerper jouw inbreng te geven.…
