The HR Benefit & Labor Law Manager is a key member of the Human Resources team, managing employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations, and fostering a positive and productive work environment. This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, deep understanding of labor law, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
