Jouw impact als Junior Recruiter Als Junior Recruiter binnen Luke Reach zorg jij ervoor dat een recruitmentopdracht van voorbereiding tot plaatsing goed wordt georganiseerd en uitgevoerd. Zodra Sales een nieuwe opdracht binnenhaalt, kom jij in beeld. Vanaf dat moment pak jij samen met je collega’s de coördinatie én uitvoering van het recruitmentproces op. Je bereidt de intake voor, gaat mee naar de opdrachtgever en verdiept je in de organisatie en functie. Op basis daarvan zet je de recruitmentaanpak uit, bewaak je de planning en zorg je dat alles klaarstaat om de campagne live te zetten. Vervolgens zet je de vacature in de markt, zoek je actief naar kandidaten en begeleid je hen gedurende het selectieproces. Daarbij hoef je nog geen ervaren recruiter te zijn.…
