Join the growing team at Next Job Abroad! We're looking for an experienced Dutch-speaking recruiter to join our international team on a freelance basis. This role is for someone who already understands recruitment. You should have previous experience from agency recruitment, international recruitment or another fast-paced recruitment environment where sourcing, candidate management, KPIs and placements are part of your everyday work. You'll have plenty of support from the team, but we're looking for someone who is comfortable taking ownership of their own desk and driving their own results.
