About the role As the Global Onboarding & Enablement Operations Program Manager at ElevenLabs, you’ll help keep our global GTM onboarding and enablement programmes running smoothly as we grow. You’ll lead the day-to-day delivery of onboarding, making sure every new GTM hire gets a consistent, engaging start, while building the structure and processes that help the wider Enablement team work more effectively and scale its impact. You’ll bring structure to how we plan, deliver and measure enablement, from tracking OKRs and roadmaps to coordinating the enablement calendar, launches and certifications. You’ll also help keep the team aligned on priorities, manage cross-functional dependencies and use reporting to understand what’s working and where we can improve.…
