About the role We're scaling from 1,000 → 4,000 employees across 50+ countries, and the complexity of how we support our people through performance, conflict, and change is growing quickly. Our Employee Relations (ER) Partners protect fairness, consistency, and trust as we grow. You'll own our most sensitive and complex People cases, so that leads can act early. As an ER Partner at ElevenLabs, you'll lead formal performance processes, investigations, grievances, and disciplinary matters from start to finish, working closely with Legal and outside counsel across many jurisdictions. You'll also coach leads through difficult conversations before they become formal cases, and turn what you see into playbooks, frameworks, and training that reduce risk and case volume over time.…
