Key qualifications At least 2 years of experience as an email marketing manager Experience in B2C product or performance marketing Practical experience with email/CRM marketing platforms (Reteno, ESputnik, SendPulse, or similar) — campaign setup, segmentation, automated flows Understanding of the principles of building marketing funnels and experience conducting A/B tests to improve conversion at different stages of the funnel Analytical thinking and ability to work with metrics (open rate, CTR, conversion, risk metrics) Experience setting tasks for the development team and working with a PM to implement new functionality Attention to detail and responsibility — experience supporting/maintaining system (transactional) mailings.…
