About the Role We're a fast-growing AdTech company (50–100 people) that combines human-made ad creative production with AI-driven testing and learning to help brands scale winning paid social campaigns. Think of us as a creative intelligence layer for performance marketing — we make ads, and every ad teaches the next one. As our Growth Marketing Lead, you'll sit at the intersection of strategy, media, and creative intelligence. You'll own high-impact client accounts, steer substantial media budgets, and work cross-functionally with forward-deployed creative teams and media buyers to drive efficient, scalable growth.
