Du gehst der Sache auf den Grund und stellst fest, dass die Marge dieser Gruppe deutlich schlechter ist als im Rest des Sortiments. Du entwickelst eine neue Kampagnenstruktur, holst dir im Fachbereich noch zwei Impulse dazu und baust anschließend um. Das Reporting passt du gleich mit an. Ein paar Tage später stellst du den neuen Aufbau dem Geschäftsführer des Unternehmens selbst vor. Er ist begeistert und du setzt mit Unterstützung aus dem EVOLVE Team um.
