All’interno della divisione ENG DIGITAL nella business line Eng Platforms siamo alla ricerca di un a figura che coprirà il ruolo di Salesforce Consultant da inserire in progetti ad alta complessità sia funzionale che organizzativa. Quali saranno le tue attività e responsabilità? Ti occuperai delle seguenti attività: · Raccolta dei requisiti di business; · Redazione della documentazione tecnico-funzionale; · Supporto alla fase di sviluppo e test al fine di far implementare processi con il prodotto CRM Salesforce; · Lavorerai a diretto contatto con le unità Business e ICT del cliente. Qualifiche e competenze richieste: · 2-3 anni di esperienza in ambito Salesforce; · Capacità di gestione di processi E2E dalla raccolta requisiti fino alla delivery in esercizio; · Ottime…
