At Deblock, we are building the first bank onchain: simple, non-custodial, and human. As we launch in Italy, we are looking for Commercial Representatives in Rome who will be our boots on the ground, putting Deblock in front of the city one café at a time. This is a hands-on, field-based, performance-driven role. You will report to the Italy Market Lead and work closely with our Growth team, making sure Deblock stands end up on café counters across Rome. 👀 What we are looking for The "Natural Talker" Profile: You talk to anyone. You're the one who calls the restaurant and books the table for the whole group, and you strike up conversations with strangers without thinking twice.
