Job Description The intern will join the Global Process & Technology Development Bakery team and will be based at the Rubbiano Bakery Plant. The team is responsible for the development, validation, and implementation of innovative technologies aimed at monitoring, controlling, and optimizing bakery manufacturing processes on a global scale. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in an industrial production environment, working directly on the plant’s three rusk production lines while collaborating with cross-functional teams including Production, Quality, Maintenance, R&D, and Supply Chain/Operations.…
