Working alongside the Structured Lending Team, the training programme involves in the execution of structured transactions across both Corporate and Leveraged & Acquisition Financing, with a focus on Mid-Cap Corporate clients. Learning Objectives Analyse and structure primarily medium- to long-term financing transactions to support companies with both Corporate financing needs (financing investment/capex plans, working capital needs, etc.) and Leveraged/Acquisition financing needs (financing acquisitions of target companies through either leveraged buyout structures typically used by private equity funds or corporate acquisitions).
