We are seeking an experienced Direct Team Leader to oversee and lead our Client Relationship Representatives (Field Based). The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years of experience of promoting company services and of leading teams within a fast-paced environment, preferably within a financial services institution. Key Responsibilities: Lead, manage, and motivate the Client Relationship Representatives team. Develop and implement strategies to achieve team targets and goals.
