TALENT SCOUTING & RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT Support the Culture Marketing team in scouting and identifying emerging music & dance talent and relevant cultural trends. Contribute to the development and management of relationships with music & dance talent, managers, record labels, crews and other key players in the creative industries. Support negotiations with music & dance talent, including the preparation of proposals, commercial agreements and collaboration frameworks. Assist in coordinating legal agreements, contracts and relevant rights clearances in collaboration with internal legal teams and external partners. MUSIC & DANCE PROJECTS & CONTENT PRODUCTION Support the development and execution of music & dance projects, from initial creative concepts to final delivery and release.…
