National Activations & Cross-Functional Projects Coordination Support the operational coordination of events and activations involving multiple regions and stakeholders. Collaborate with the teams involved to ensure the successful execution of activities across the country. Support the monitoring of key project timelines and the collection of event recaps and best practices. Event Production & Logistics Support the planning and coordination of operational and logistical activities related to events. Assist in managing event materials, shipments, travel arrangements, accreditations, and other support activities. Liaise with suppliers and partners to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
