THE MISSION We are looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist to join our Growth Marketing team and work with the Head of Growth on a large and growing paid acquisition budget on Google Ads and Meta Ads. It covers B2B merchant acquisition across Italy, Spain, France, and Portugal, and B2C acquisition, with a growing focus on our subscription product. An external agency runs campaign execution on our instructions. Your job is what an agency can't do from the outside: set the objectives, read the acquisition flows, decide what to change, and connect paid results to business results. You will be the internal reference for paid acquisition across Product, Data, and the marketing team, in a company where priorities change fast.…
