& R. Fratelli wants to recruit a Plant Quality Manager for Foggia Plant. The individual will report to the Plant Director and functionally to the Quality Director. Job Purpose Ensure the plant Quality expertise, which includes sanitation and pest management, quality assurance, quality control analysis and packaging in order to assure Barilla standards of quality for products and technological processes. Strengthen the team’s quality know‑how in alignment with RDQ quality experts while fostering a strong quality culture through active involvement and training of plant personnel.
