The High Jewelry (HJ) Manager will lead the tactical approach in developing the HJ business performance as well as the development of a community of experts in Montenapoleone Flagship. This individual will be managing and monitoring the performance of HJ as well as assisting in creating tools to develop a Community of Experts, able to support in high jewelry sales. The ideal candidate must be able to think strategically while also being hands-on in overseeing the day-to-day execution of the agreed upon strategy with a focus on clients, people, and brand desirability.
