TSG è alla ricerca di un/a Impiegato/a Tecnico per gestire e supervisionare gli interventi di manutenzione straordinaria e i lavori extra-forfait. La risorsa sarà responsabile della pianificazione, coordinamento e controllo delle attività di riparazione e manutenzione non coperte dal contratto di manutenzione ordinaria. Principali responsabilità: Gestire le richieste di lavori straordinari non incluse nei contratti di manutenzione standard (lavori extra-forfait). Pianificare e organizzare gli interventi di manutenzione, in collaborazione con i fornitori e le squadre tecniche. Monitorare lo stato di avanzamento dei lavori, garantendo che vengano rispettati i tempi e i costi stabiliti.…
