Management of the entirety of the Building Contracts. Visit the site regularly to review progress and quality with the Contractor and other contractors undertaking the project. Provide contractual support and advice on potential change orders, cost impacts, risks, utility requirements etc Advise on Client liability regarding any claims from the Contractor (preliminary advice only). Discuss the adjusted contract sum (final account) with the Contractor. Agree with client the authorisation to the adjusted contract sum. Manage and track the closeout of claims in collaboration with the project team. Analyse and report on the Contractor’s losses and expenses claims. Advise on the Contractor’s entitlement to extensions of time in collaboration with project team.…
