OVERALL MISSION The Facility & Construction Supervisor (FCS) is responsible for the development of retail projects for Hermès in Italy and Greece, and for the facility management of the stores of the subsidiary. The FCS plans, manages, and executes new store openings, extraordinary renovations and restyling projects. The FCS collaborates with architects, consultants, contractors, and all external and internal stakeholders (e.g. Operations, Visual, etc.) to ensure the projects are properly executed in compliance with Maison standards of excellence. Moreover, the FCS supervises the ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of all the stores in the subsidiary.…
