Work in strong collaboration with other departments. Act as the local site coordinator for the Milan office (approximately 20% of the role). Ensuring efficient day-to-day office operations and fostering a positive employee and visitor experience. Serve as the primary point of contact for workplace-related matters. Oversee administrative activities, including office supplies, workspace management, event coordination, and internal communications. Ensure compliance with local workplace policies, health and safety requirements, and company procedures, while partnering with relevant stakeholders to address operational and compliance-related needs. Hold local signature authority for designated administrative, contractual, and compliance-related documentation.
