We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Legal Counsel with 2-3 years Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) to join our dynamic in-house Legal & Corporate Integrity department within Belmond. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the legal strategy of our luxury train and hotel businesses in Southern Europe, working in a fast-paced international environment. Key responsibilities The Legal Counsel will directly report to the Divisional Director of Legal, Southern Europe, and key responsibilities will include: Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including supplier agreements, client contracts, partnership agreements, and service agreements, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and internal policies.…
