We are seeking a motivated Electrical Engineering with an academic background in Electronic Engineering (or equivalent eng. background) and at least 3 years of hands-on experience in Non-Conformance management and Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA). The candidate will play a key role in ensuring product quality, driving issue resolution, and supporting continuous improvement across manufacturing and engineering processes. Experience in structured and international industrial environments is highly valued. The selected candidate will be responsible for: Manage and coordinate Non-Conformance (NC) processes from identification to closure Lead and facilitate Root Cause Analysis (RCA) using structured methodologies (e.g., 8D, 5 Whys, Fishbone) Drive and monitor Corrective and Preventive…
