We are currently seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to join and drive our dynamic team in Piove di Sacco (PD), Italy! The role provides technical leadership and manufacturing support to the Tognana Thermal Center of Excellence Site, focusing on new product introduction (NPI), productivity programs and strategic projects. It is responsible for defining and improving assembly and testing processes, supporting Operational Excellence initiatives, and ensuring manufacturing cost targets are achieved in collaboration with Engineering, Operations and Procurement.
