Field Service Engineer

About this job

This is a pivotal, hands-on role at the intersection of production, R&D, and customer support. You will be one of the first dedicated Field Service Engineers at Cellply, with the opportunity to help shape how we deliver, install, and maintain complex analytical instruments in the field. In the near term, the role combines in-house and on-site work: you will test and qualify instruments before they ship, support production in resolving technical issues, and perform maintenance both in-house and at customer sites. As our installed base grows, the role will become increasingly field-focused, with installation, maintenance, and repair at customer sites becoming the core of the job, with travel evolving from below 50% today to above 50% over time.…
