We are currently seeking a Mechanical Engineer MV to join our dynamic team in Bologna, Italy! POSITION SUMMARY This role is part of the Mechanical R&D and Industrialization team and is responsible for the mechanical development and industrialization of new power converters. The Mechanical Engineer will contribute throughout the product development lifecycle, from definition of the mechanical architecture and detailed design to prototype build, validation, production readiness, and release to manufacturing. The role combines mechanical design expertise with a practical understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, assembly methods, cost, quality, reliability, and regulatory requirements to deliver robust, safe, and manufacturable solutions.
