‎ How you create impact Lead and oversee the daily operations of the import department, ensuring smooth execution of all activities and achievement of service level targets. Manage team performance, workforce planning, resource allocation, and operational KPIs to drive productivity, service excellence, and continuous improvement. Act as the primary escalation point for customers and internal stakeholders, resolving complex operational issues and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
