We are looking for a Senior Logistics Operations Manager to lead our Italian operations and drive performance, quality and profitability across Milan, Bologna and Rome. You will own the operational KPIs and service quality, lead multi-city teams (controllers, HR/people support and local operations staff), manage the P&L and budget, and represent the company in weekly client meetings for key accounts. The ideal candidate has solid experience running logistics operations in Italy, is confident with numbers, and is very strong in Excel and data-driven decision-making.
