In qualità di solution leader per il Practice Management e il Patient Engagement, siamo alla ricerca di un/una Customer Success Specialist da inserire nel nostro team CS in forte crescita. Come Customer Success Specialist, il tuo obiettivo principale sarà massimizzare il valore che ogni cliente trae dalla piattaforma AlfaDocs, contribuendo direttamente alla crescita del MRR attraverso attività di upselling e supporto ai rinnovi contrattuali. Questo ruolo si colloca all’intersezione tra Onboarding e Upselling, rappresentando un punto di contatto chiave per i clienti nelle fasi di engagement e riattivazione. Lavorerai sia con account attivi sia con account inattivi, promuovendo in modo proattivo l’adozione del prodotto, la soddisfazione dei clienti e l’utilizzo della piattaforma.…
