In AXA Italia, per la nostra sede di Milano, siamo alla ricerca di un/una: Addetto Claims Customer Service La risorsa si occuperà di: Riscontrare reclami ed esposti relativi ai sinistri, assicurando il rispetto delle normative IVASS; Presidiare il processo e le scadenze previste dal regolamento IVASS 41/2018, garantendo un tempestivo e accurato supporto alle richieste di informazioni provenienti dai clienti; Gestire il processo di “close the loop”, monitorando i fenomeni e definendo iniziative volte a migliorare l’esperienza clienti nei sinistri e gli indicatori di soddisfazione come l’NPS; Animare e sensibilizzare la rete liquidativa al rispetto di processi e linee guida, assicurando il massimo livello di servizio sia ai clienti che ai danneggiati; Studiare e approfondire le nuove…
