Supporterai nelle attività operative e gestionali legate ai servizi offerti ai clienti: Ricezione e gestione delle richieste da parte dei clienti Scambio e aggiornamento di documentazione tecnica con clienti e fornitori Pianificazione di attività operative su base nazionale e internazionale Comunicazione continua con interlocutori esterni (clienti, partner, fornitori) e interni Monitoraggio delle attività e qualità del servizio Revisione di documentazione tecnica e reportistica Utilizzo del CRM aziendale e aggiornamento costante dei dati di progetto
