Per azienda operante nel settore edile con sede a Mapello (BG) siamo alla ricerca di un/una Contabile di cantiere. Responsabilità principali: • Redazione della contabilità lavori attiva e passiva mediante contabilizzazione delle opere eseguite. • Elaborazione dei SAL (Stati Avanzamento Lavori) verso committenza e verifica SAL passivi di fornitori e subappaltatori. • Misurazione delle lavorazioni eseguite sulla base di elaborati progettuali, computi metrici estimativi e libretti delle misure. • Predisposizione e aggiornamento del budget di commessa, con monitoraggio costi, ricavi e marginalità. • Analisi degli scostamenti tra consuntivi e budget previsionale. • Gestione delle varianti in corso d'opera e relativa valorizzazione economica.…
